How to set up Cendo AI Chatbot with Google Tag Manager

Follow this step-by-step guide to implement Cendo Chatbot on your website using Google Tag Manager.

    STEP 01

    Open Google Tag Manager

    Open Google Tag Manager and click the container associated with your website.

    Create a new tag

    Click “New” to create a new tag.

    Choose tag configuration

    Choose “Tag Configuration” and then “Custom HTML”.

    Insert the code

    Paste the code you received from Cendo into the HTML field.

    Choose a trigger

    Choose “Triggers” and then “All Pages / Page View”, so Cendo loads across the entire website.

    Configure consent settings

    Go to “Advanced Settings” → “Consent Settings”, and choose “No additional consent required”.

    Save and publish

    Save your new tag, then click “Submit” → “Publish” to make the change live on your website.
