Cendo is an innovative Danish AI company, founded by three master's students from CBS with a vision to create a new generation of AI chat that truly understands and helps customers. Traditional chatbots often misunderstand questions, leaving users without the necessary assistance. Cendo was created to solve this with AI technology that combines advanced language understanding with intelligent integrations.
Through CBS' Entrepreneurship Program, the idea was developed from concept to reality, focusing on creating AI solutions that go beyond traditional chatbots. Cendo specializes in technically complex projects where AI solutions need to be customized and integrated with companies' existing IT systems.
Today, Cendo’s team develops tailored AI solutions that optimize efficiency, enhance customer experience, and automate processes.
